Payment, Cancellation, Returns and Faults Information
We can accept all major Debit & Credit cards apart from AmEx. Payment can also be made by Bacs, Paypal or Cheque
Stock cabinets may be returned unopened within 7 days of purchase date. Purchaser pays for return delivery. A re-stocking charge may apply. Purchaser is liable for any damage incurred during return delivery. Stock cabinet order cancellations can be accepted within two working days of order date
Bespoke cabinets are not returnable.
Bespoke cabinet order cancellations can be accepted within two working days of order date. Any faults on stock or bespoke cabinets will try to be rectified initially via telephone consultation as the fault may be easily diagnosed over the phone. If the fault cannot be rectified we will take further action to conclude the fault. Any non-standard parts asked to be fitted or supplied such as castors, wheels, mains or battery lighting may be covered by the manufacturer of the part but not by HDS Showcases.
